Workshop Matchup Sessions

The Bavaria Workshop 2024 will be a workshop with individual appointments. Use these appointments to introduce your company to Bavarian tourism partners in approx. 15-minute 1:1 sessions, as well as learn about what they can offer and how they can support you with your business. Meetings can only be arranged between tour operators and Bavarian tourism partners.

You will be able to request meetings about two weeks prior to the event. Shortly before the event, each participant will receive a personalized meeting schedule. We will let you know the kick-off day to start scheduling your individual sessions.

Your arrival

Don’t worry about catering, get a snack in the on-board bistro or check out the extensive menus in the restaurant. Our cooperation partner Deutsche Bahn will take good care of your arrival and departure. Of course we will get in touch with you to coordinate your individual travel details.
